Energy Work is an ancient practice found in cultures all over the world, rooted in indigenous spiritual traditions.
My work is influenced by the pagan practices of my Irish and Scottish ancestry. In private sessions, I strive to create a warm, welcoming space to help release, clear, and harmonize energy. Elements of energy work are woven into all my classes and group offerings, to help bring balance and flow.
