Weekly Classes at Pure Movement!
These classes are beginner friendly and designed to be a soft sacred reset. A space to drop into peace and calm while focusing on gentle flexibility and functional strength training, without the pressure of a high performance yoga class. The style of these classes is slow flow functional yoga. Weekly group yoga classes at Pure Movement run every Wednesday at 7pm and every Sunday at 10am. Every Spring Sunday classes move outdoors to local spot, Brox Farm. Check the socials for updates!

Partnered with the Traveling Trainer I am able to bring yoga, breathwork, and nervous system regulation right to your door—whether at home or in the workplace.
Through this partnership, I offer private sessions and lead private corporate or group classes designed to meet you exactly where you are.
